PTFE Pleated Filter Cartridge
PETF Pleated Filter Cartridges are filtration elements made from polyester fiber (PETF) material with a unique pleated design that significantly increases the filtration area, thereby improving filtration efficiency and service life. PETF material offers excellent chemical resistance, temperature tolerance, and mechanical strength, making these cartridges widely used in water treatment, food and beverage, chemical, and electronics industries.

The PTFE pleated filter cartridge is made with an imported PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) filter membrane, which offers excellent chemical compatibility, withstanding strong acids, strong alkalis, various solvents, aromatic hydrocarbons, and high temperatures. The core, outer casing, center rod, and end caps are made from polypropylene (PP) material. The sealing between the core and filter membrane is formed through thermal welding, ensuring no side leaks, no contamination, and a high level of sealing.
