The filter bag is made from non-deforming stainless steel fibers (SUS304 or SUS316), woven into a mesh and heat-set to form a monofilament structure. Stainless steel filter bags offer high strength, corrosion resistance, excellent wear resistance, and long service life, withstanding pressure changes without deformation. The woven mesh ensures consistent pore sizes and precise filtration. The smooth monofilament surface is easy to clean and reusable, reducing costs. The stainless steel ring flange is corrosion-resistant, preventing contamination, while the five-line stitching on the bag body eliminates rupture risks. Custom sizes and welded ring flanges are available upon request.
