The outer layer of the absolute precision filter bag undergoes high-temperature surface treatment, using instant sintering technology or calendering, effectively preventing fiber loss during filtration caused by high-speed liquid impact, and avoiding filter liquid contamination from fiber shedding. The dual outer protective layer eliminates the issue of fiber shedding caused by friction with the mesh basket. This makes it ideal for the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries. The one-piece construction and unique welding method for the bottom ensure a stronger, more flexible welded seal. It is made from 100% pure melt-blown polypropylene without any added resins, binders, or surface treatments, using full heat-welded technology.
The absolute precision filter bag adopts a composite filtration mode, effectively removing solid and soft particles. Larger particles are captured on the fiber surface, while finer particles are trapped in the depth of the filter material, ensuring it will not be damaged due to increased pressure during use. With a filtration efficiency of up to 99.99%, it offers high filtration performance and long service life. Based on the customer’s operating environment, both standard and long-life options are available.
