Manufacturing Process of Pleated Filter Cartridges
The filter is made by folding three to five layers of filtering media, primarily including non-woven fabric and filter membranes. It features an outer loose and inner dense filtration structure. The core of the filter cartridge is made from pure polypropylene (PP) through injection molding, and the filter’s end caps are thermally welded to the core, ensuring excellent sealing and chemical compatibility.
