In this project, the client needs to treat wastewater generated from slaughtering livestock. The wastewater has characteristics such as high color and odor, high organic content, and fluctuating pH levels. The treated wastewater is required to be stable and meet discharge standards. To this end, we have customized a solution for the client, leveraging the technical features of the Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) to meet the client’s requirements for effluent discharge standards.

slaughterhouse wastewater Can be treated using MBR (Membrane Bioreactor) purification

Location:   Turkey

Purpose:   Reduce the occupied area and efficiently remove organic matter, suspended solids, and other pollutants from the wastewater to meet discharge standards.

Solution:   560㎡Membrane Bioreactor

Produced Permeate:10000m³/day

  • BOD < 30 mg/L, COD < 100 mg/L, Ammonia Nitrogen < 10 mg/L, Total Phosphorus < 1 mg/L.
  • The MBR system has a small footprint while achieving high treatment capacity
  • it adapts to fluctuations in the pollutant load of wastewater, ensuring continuous and stable treatment performance.
